OFFICIAL RULES

To participate in the Promotion, vote for the nonprofit you would like to see win an event at the Windsor Court in 2015 valued at $10,000, by submitting a valid email address on Sponsor's Facebook page. The initial round of voting will open on Wednesday, November 5, 2014 at 2:00PM, and close on Sunday, November 16, 2014 at 5:00PM. Voting will re-open for the five nonprofits receiving the most votes during the initial round of voting (the "Nonprofit Finalists"), on Monday, November 17, 2014 at 6:00am and will close at 4:30 p.m. CST on Monday, December 1, 2014. The Nonprofit Finalist receiving the most votes by December 1, 2014 at 4:30 p.m. CST (the "Winner") will be declared the official winner.  Votes cast after 4:30 p.m. CST on Monday, December 1, 2014 will not be considered in determining the winner. Participants must have a valid email address in order to vote. Limit one (1) vote per eligible person each day during the Promotion Period. There is no alternative method of entry for this Promotion. You understand that you are providing your information to Sponsor, and not to Facebook, and the information you provide may be used for ongoing communication with Sponsor. By entering your email address, you agree to receive email communications from Sponsor. You may unsubscribe at any time. Sponsor will not sell, rent, swap or authorize any third party to use your email address or any information that personally identifies you without your permission. Use of Facebook as a means of entry will be subject to Facebook’s privacy policy and terms of service. Facebook may contain links to third-party websites. The linked sites are not under Sponsor's control, and Sponsor is not responsible for the contents of any linked site. A link does not imply Sponsor's endorsement of, sponsorship of, or affiliation with the linked site. You should make any investigation you feel necessary or appropriate before proceeding with any transaction with any of these third parties' services or websites. Your submission of a valid email address certifies that you satisfy all eligibility requirements and have read and complied with all of the Official Rules of this Promotion and agree to be bound by the Official Rules and decisions of the Sponsor. Sponsor will not be responsible for failure to receive entries due to transmission failures or technical failures of any kind, including, without limitation, malfunctioning of any network, hardware or software, whether originating with sender, Sponsor or Facebook. Any questions regarding the number of votes submitted or the owner of an email account shall be determined by Sponsor in their sole discretion, and Sponsor reserve the right to disqualify any votes by persons who submit false or misleading entry information, or who Sponsor determine to be tampering with or abusing any aspect of the Promotion.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

Participating organizations are chosen at sponsor's discretion. A participating nonprofit must be a federally recognized non-profit with 501(c)3 designation. The following persons are not eligible to win or otherwise participate in this Promotion: employees of Sponsor; its respective affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies; the immediate family members of all such employees and all others with whom they are domiciled.
